Nevis View Bed and Breakfast enjoys an ideal location amid the stunning scenery of the Lochaber area. Easily reached either by car, bus or train, it is only 4 miles from Fort William town centre. The roads leading to the area are a joy to drive on with journey times taking about two and a half hours from Glasgow and one and a half hours from Inverness.

Nevis View has two compact bedrooms available for guests. There is a Single Room and a Family Room comprising a Double Bed and a Single Bed so that the room can be set up as a Triple, a Double or as a Twin. It can also be let as a Single.

Each bedroom comes equipped with a colour TV, clock radio (DAB) and hospitality tray with tea and coffee making facilities. A hairdryer is also available. Dressing Gowns are supplied along with Bath Sheets and Hand Towels.

Both rooms share a recently refurbished shower room with wash hand basin and WC. A drying room is available and there is ample storage space for bikes and skis. Breakfast is served from 7.30 - 9.00 but can be served earlier, by prior arrangement.

• The Daily B&B rate for the Single Room is £65.00
• Daily B&B rate for the Double / Twin Room is £85.00
• Daily B&B rate for the Family Room - 3 people, 15 years and above - £115.00
• Daily B&B rate for the Family Room - 2 Adults and 1 Child (aged 3yrs -14 yrs) £100.00 (the reduction is only for a child sharing with two adults)
• B&B Family room 2 Adults and 1 infant (aged 2 yrs and under) is £85.00
• Family Room for Single occupancy £80.00 per night
• Children aged 2 yrs and under stay for FREE!

• We are open most of the year, please check for dates.
• Payment: We do not have card facilities. Payment in Cash is preferred, but we also accept cheques.
• You can book and pay securely online using the link provided.
• We can cater for meat, Vegetarian and Vegan diets as standard, but prefer to have advance notice, especially of any diet other than those that are meat based.
• Packed Lunches @ £8.50 each can be provided, but at least 48 hours' advance notice is required.
• 'Nevis View' is not a Hotel where Check-in is constantly available. We offer Check-in between 17.00 and 19.00 and ask that when you book you give us a rough idea of when you expect to arrive. If you find you are running late, we ask that you advise us by phoning 01397 772447, as we might have made arrangements to go out that evening. If we have not heard from you and we do go out, you might have to wait to Check-in until after we return home.
• We ask our guests to either Check-out on the day of departure, or if staying more than one night, to go out for the day by 10.00, so we can carry out servicing of the bedrooms and other areas and go to appointments that might have been made. Unless agreed beforehand, or if there is an emergency, we ask our guests to remain out until 17.00, after which time they are welcome to return and access their room.
• There is a secure, locked cellar in which bicycles and skis can be left overnight.
